Friday! 2/17 ARMS!
I’m never really excited for working arms but today is different. My lower body is so sore that I’m ready to work another part of my body. LOL!

BAM! Thats going to be it. I replaced one of the workouts with BB4 because I really want to dig into my arms today and nothing else. So yay & TGIF!

Day 1 out of 35.
TODAY WAS THE FIRST DAY OF MY NEW PUSH.
(refer to my last post if you have no idea what I’m talking about)
Todays Workout was Upper Body. Really focusing on shoulders & biceps!
Here was my workout from today. Inspired by Whitney Simmons Youtube:
First Tri-Set | 3 Sets: 10 Chest Press, 10 Lat Pullovers, 10 Tricep Extensions.
Superset | 3 Sets: 10 Upright Rows, 10 Shoulder Presses
21′s | 3 Sets: 7 ½ Bicep Curls, 7 ½ Bicep Curls, 7 Full Bicep Curls.
Final Superset | 3 Sets: 8 Side to Front Complex, 10 Tricep Pushup to upright rows.
Holy Moly. My arms felt like jello.. Trying to make my protein shake after that… I was spilling shit everywhere. LOL! I know I’ll be sore tomorrow. Especially in my shoulders where I’m lacking muscle & very weak. Hopefully this will definitely build up my strength. Diet was also very on point & working on my water intake as I type this out.
Day 1 was a success. BOOM.

First Entry! Workout / Goal!
This is my first entry on this blog! I”m really excited with my overall progress and commitment on getting back into shape. The past two years I allowed myself to balloon up into a person I didn’t even recognize. I hated looking in the mirror and knew the person I saw in the mirror was NOT me. During the summer I was always hiding my body. Wearing jeans when it was hot and I was sweating… But anything that hid my weight gain… I did. A mixture of some mild depression & things that were going on in my life made food my best friend and an outlet to feel fulfilled for a while. I’ve been through a lot the past few years and it really took everything in me to change it back into something I was proud of. When I was in really good shape before about three years ago… I’m now 24. I was the happiest I’ve ever been. In high school I was always the super skinny, tall, blonde girl with a high metabolism that never had to worry about her weight. When I was about 19/20 I decided to start working out when I saw some negative changes & made myself proud. After going backwards HARD & reaching my highest weight of 172… I knew what I had to do. Get back into it. For real this time.
Now I’ve been back into my routine since the beginning of January 2017 full force & I’m so happy to know I’m going into the right direction and I’ll be back to where I was in no time. I’ve lost about 14 pounds so far! Last time I’ve weighed myself I was at 156. About 26 more pounds to go & I’ll be celebrating it up!
What I did before was working out with Blogilates, HIIT routines, & weight lifting. Currently doing what I loved, enjoyed, & what WORKED! I’ll be posting daily posts on my workouts, thoughts, comments on my journey. I’ll also be weighing myself only once a month at the beginning of every month.

I replaced the cardio with a higher intensity workout & always do my cardio last.
Feeling really good today & I’m glad I’ll be committing myself to this blog a lot more as well. Remember guys.. if you don’t change.. don’t expect anything else to change. WE CAN DO THIS! I KNOW WE CAN!

Wednesday 2/15 * CARDIO!
CARDIO IS HARDIO!
But I do secretly love it. Especially HIIT! Melting off the fat is one of my main goals! You can’t see any of your hard work if there is a layer of fat on top so I will melt off all of it! :P

REST DAY! End of Week 2! 2/19
Today is my rest day and I’ll probably go for a walk and stretch for an active rest.
The end of my 2nd week back into doing Blogilates and finally getting back into the groove of what I LOVE! Pilates & finally getting back into clean eating and starting to be happy in my own skin.
I thought I would weigh myself but I dont think I want to weigh myself until the end of the 4th week. Just beccause I don’t want to obsess over numbers and focus on whats more important: how I feel, how much longer I can go, the way my clothes are fitting. Because that is MORE IMPORTANT!

I forgot to inform you guys! But I’m redoing a 12 week body makeover especially after the holidays. After my first week ~ I’m feeling pretty good. & this is the time I stop being so scared to actually reach where I was before. I’ll be working hard these next few weeks & hopefully you guys are too!
